In the event of a dispute over work, you may decide not to release the payment in escrow.
If such a scenario occurs, we request you to discuss directly with the freelancer to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. If you are not able to reach a solution, you may reach us for help wherein we can step in and assist both the parties to arrive at a solution, before the release of the funds.
To reach us for help, please send us a message through the Support page. We try to be fair to both parties and help both parties reach to a conclusion. However, we have the right to release the payment to the freelancers if we decide the work was completed to requirements.
